    I can assure you that NOT ONE library breaking their Big Package deals with publishers said: "OH WELL I GUESS OUR RESEARCHERS WILL JUST HAVE TO USE SCI-HUB, WINKY FACE EMOJI." What they said is: "All right, We'll make up the difference with RAPID ILL or a similar platform."
