More tidbits: -Nongroup insurance markets would continue to be stable in almost all areas of the country throughout the coming decade. -Average premiums in the nongroup market would increase by about 10 percent in most years of the decade.
-
So by the end of the decade, your premium would be more than double what it was the first year.

CBO says this would increase the number of uninsured people by 4 million in 2019 and 13 million in 2027.

An average family pays $1400.00 per month in Georgia for insurance that has a $5000 to $10,000 deductible. That is basically NO insurance. Who can afford it? Come up with something that truly helps families.

Medicare for all. But the Rs won't go for it, claiming it's "socialized medicine" but it's pretty close to what they have, which is insurance under the ACA.

Why is it better that people need to have car insurance, but not health insurance? Make America Sane Again!

Did not take into effect that by SCOTUS this is a TAX & need to reduce Taxes. Also premiums are so high & deductibles R so massive that making people buy Health insurance does not provide Health insurance - U think they have insurance by the numbers -Its on paper only, Un-useable

Can you clarify that the 10% increase is not compounded each year? Some folks are reporting “additional 10% increase year over year”.

You don’t understand how insurance works. Everybody has to have it to keep premiums from skyrocketing. If only 1/2 the people in ur state had car insurance, ur premiums would be much higher. Pretty simple math. Insurance is a co-op.

It's sad when you have to hurt yourself on purpose just to go to the hospital and have your deductible met in order to afford to go to your PCD for a check-up. And you end up with a $10,000 hospital bill that you can't pay.
