"There is nothing like the feeling when you get positive results. Research, while interesting and on the cutting edge, can be slow and full of unexpected delays. When, after trying and trying, you finally get something right, it's such an amazing feeling." Undergraduates at Stanford conduct independent scholarly and creative work with faculty in every discipline.
The Bass University Fellows in Undergraduate Education Program recognizes faculty for extraordinary contributions to undergraduate education, including faculty from the graduate and professional schools. Many of these faculty work with undergraduates through their courses and through independent research or projects.
