Learning takes practice. Learning takes reflection. Learning takes time. The more you know about your own learning process, the better you can develop the skills to help you learn well.
Resources
Not all learning is intuitive. Often, the unfamiliar effort it requires can lead students to believe that they're a failure or simply not cut out for the work. Students are encouraged to meet with an Academic Skills Coach to learn about strategies to handle the variety of factors that affect good learning: procrastination, time management, test anxiety, note taking, managing lots of reading, getting started with writing projects, and more.
