WASHINGTON – The Intelligence Community is sponsoring a $75,000 prize competition to explore opportunities for artificial intelligence and other machine-based approaches to transform the process by which IC analytic products are reviewed and evaluated prior to their dissemination to policymakers and warfighters.

Today the Office of the Director of National Intelligence is re-launching Intelligence.gov as an all-new digital front door for the U.S. Intelligence Community, with a focus on increasing transparency about the IC’s authorities and activities.

Consistent with 50 U.S.C. 3306(b), the Director of National Intelligence is disclosing to the public, not later than 30 days after the end of the fiscal year, the aggregate amount of funds appropriated by Congress to the National Intelligence Program for Fiscal Year 2017.

WASHINGTON – The Intelligence Advanced Research Projects Activity, within the Office of the Director of National Intelligence, announces today a multi-year research effort to develop and evaluate biometric presentation attack detection technologies to ensure the integrity of biometric security systems. If successful, the Odin program will provide solutions to the Intelligence Community and its partners to remediate critical vulnerabilities in today’s biometric recognition systems.

WASHINGTON – The Intelligence Advanced Research Projects Activity, within the Office of the Director of National Intelligence, announces its scoring process for its Functional Map of the World—“fMoW”—Challenge. Participants from around the world are invited to develop automated techniques to accurately detect and categorize points of interest from satellite imagery. Participants are scored based on their ability to correctly categorize portions of satellite images. Submissions are scored automatically and independently evaluated for accuracy.
