Justice and Interior Department Officials will hold a press conference to announce a landmark settlement with a nationwide class of tribes and tribal entities.
Principal Deputy Assistant Attorney General Benjamin C. Mizer, head of the Justice Department’s Civil Division, U.S. Attorney Damon P. Martinez of the District of New Mexico and Assistant Secretary Kevin Washburn of the Interior’s Indian Affairs will hold a press conference to announce a landmark settlement with a nationwide class of tribes and tribal entities.
Administrator Robert L. Listenbee of OJJDP will participate in a panel discussion at the Congressional Black Caucus’ 45th Annual Legislative Conference.

Listenbee of the Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention will participate in a panel discussion entitled “Halting the Criminalization of Adolescence: Youth Perspectives and How to Use Best Practices to Improve Your Health, Justice, and Education,” at the Congressional Black Caucus’ 45th Annual Legislative Conference.
