Tricia Owlett

My research interests are focused upon the Archaeology of Early China. Currently my research is focused upon the emergence and development of early complex society in Late Neolithic and Bronze Age China (3000-700 B.C). This research incorporates interests in early pastoralism, urban development, and household economies.  I am also interested in human and environmental interactions through the use of zooarchaeology and stable isotopes. I recently received an M.A. in Archaeological Studies at Yale University in 2012 and a B.F.A from New York University in 2010.
