The Enneagram is a system that defines nine “personality
types.” With knowledge of this framework,
it’s possible to achieve an in-depth understanding of
one’s character structure, including core motivations
and repeated patterns of thinking, feeling, and behaving.
When asked to describe their leadership style, many
leaders feel perplexed. However, once we understand
our Enneagram type, our leadership style becomes
surprisingly clear. This clarity can lead to profound
awareness of our strengths and the possibility of transformative
growth.
At the outset, this course will help you identify your Enneagram type, bring greater awareness to what motivates you as a leader, and provide practical skills to develop essential leadership competencies. Through experiential exercises and group discussion, you will increase your emotional intelligence, develop enhanced interpersonal competency, and learn how to leverage your natural gifts as a leader. Even those who are already familiar with the Enneagram will find this course invaluable in refining their optimal, effective, and authentic leadership style.
