The latest in news, reviews and insights from Jewish Studies at Stanford

Welcome to “The Scroll”—the official blog of the Taube Center for Jewish Studies.

The goal of the blog is to provide students, faculty and members of the Stanford community with timely information about the center’s activities and programs, to highlight the research of our faculty and the accomplishments of our students, and to share information about educational and scholarly opportunities.

Now and then, we might also throw in some general news of relevance to Jewish Studies, invite a post from a special guest, or feature links to new scholarship, student work, or events in the community that we think will be of interest to you.

If you are a former student or connected to Stanford or Jewish Studies in some way please sign up for our email list.

If you are interested in submitting a guest column, photos, news items or other information, submit it here and we will consider posting it.
