Stanford Dermatology is pleased to be the sole Bay Area provider of DigitalDerm™ total body mole mapping for patients at increased risk of melanoma.  Referral for mole mapping does not require a Stanford Dermatology or Pigmented Lesion and Melanoma Clinic visit, although we are happy to provide consultative services for your patients.  Please complete and fax the Physician Referral Form to DigitalDerm™ who will contact the patient and schedule the appointment.  Photos will be sent directly to your office following the mole mapping.
