The 2016 Caltrain Go Pass is now available to eligible employees at the Parking & Transportation Services (P&TS) office. University and hospital employees enjoy free transit on Caltrain with the Go Pass. The 2016 Caltrain Go Pass is valid from Dec. 1, 2015 through Dec. 31, 2016.

• Each eligible employee must bring his or her own university or hospital ID.
• P&TS is located at 340 Bonair Siding.
• Business hours are Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., except holidays
• P&TS will be closed from Monday, Dec. 21, through Friday, Jan. 1, for winter closure.

To be valid, the Go Pass must be picked up in person by the eligible Stanford employee and affixed to his or her own Stanford ID (university ID or hospital badge). The pass will not be issued to individuals bringing another employee’s ID card or badge.

Please confirm that you are an eligible employee prior to requesting the pass. Check in advance with P&TS if you are otherwise eligible but one of the following circumstances applies to you:

• You are currently or were recently on a leave of absence. In order to be eligible, the HR database must reflect that you are an active employee or student.
• Your residence address is outside typical commuting range of Stanford’s main campus. To be eligible, your address in StanfordYou (university employees), eConnect (Stanford Health Care employees), or Access HR (Stanford Children's Health employees) must contain an eligible ZIP Code outside Stanford property and within a reasonable daily commuting distance.

The Go Pass may not be transferred to another person. Fraudulent use or transfer of the pass will result in confiscation, substantial fines, and revocation of the transit pass and other privileges.
