This is among the kindest and most generous things anyone has ever said to me. But the truth is behind every big oral argument at the US Supreme Court in a case like #MoorevHarper is an army of people. And I had the single best army assembled, ever.

Let me correct the record below and say that I told @neal_katyal yesterday after we left the Court that his was the single best oral argument I have ever heard made before the Supreme Court of the United States. He was masterful! twitter.com/neal_katyal/st…

This my dad right here 👇 My whole life he has talked about Maradona, the greats that came before I was born. And now I get to see him happy as he was in 1986. He’s the reason why I love football so much. I am most happy for HIM! VAMOS CANTOR! Love you, papi 💙

Such a privilege to argue #MoorevHarper in the Supreme Court on behalf of Becky Harper, @CommonCause & other voter protection groups. Anything you liked in my argument was really the product of incredible work by so many, especially @judgeluttig, Abha Khanna, Elisabeth Theodore +

Oh my. Your decade of service on the NC Supreme Court speaks for itself and this is so kind to say.

I don't have the federal appellate experience of @judgeluttig but I believe @neal_katyal 's argument was exactly what Judge Luttig said - simply the best. While the "army of people" helping w/ the case is critical, they don't have to answer the Court's questions at oral argument. twitter.com/neal_katyal/st…

In other huge Trump news, the 11th circuit mandate has issued without his seeking a stay. That means goodbye Judge Cannon and the whole crazy up-river Special Master episode. The case now must be dismissed for lack of jurisdiction, so there is nothing left to stay. It's a nullity

I just realized my list of attorneys deleted Mike West, a brilliant attorney who spent months on the history, espec all the early state constitutions—the most essential work. When composing my tweets I moved some names to fit in 280 chars, lost his in cut and paste

in law and the principles on which this nation was founded. We disagree profoundly about so much, and yet our agreement is so much more profound--and I think that describes the heartland of this nation. His guidance in this case has been vital, could not have done it w/out him

I told after the argument yesterday that his willingness to stand up for the Constitution, both in our partnership in this case and over the last few years (publicly and privately), not only brings tears to my eyes--it singlehandedly has reaffirmed my faith...

What a wonderful rhyme. Brittney Griner is released from prison and protection for marriage equality is passed in Congress. Brittney is now free to return home and free to be with the woman she loves.

I want to share what I think about MDs. I love each and everyone that busted their ass, borrowed too much money, sacrificed more than we can ever quantify, in hopes of helping their patients. Medicine is an imprecise science. The uncertainties far outnumber the absolutes.
