*Contingent/Temporary Staff Fees
Contingent/temporary staff fees reflect the unique sourcing requirements for limited roles. Sometimes, managers and employees are successful in identifying temporary talent through referrals, and sometimes a temporary candidate is hired into a regular role. Here are the fee implications of both scenarios:
- If the referred talent is ultimately selected for a temporary position, a reduced fee of $399 will apply. This fee includes posting the role externally, administrative fees for background/reference checks and payroll processing for the temporary hire.
- If a temporary candidate is hired into a regular position, a conversion fee of 8% of the annual salary applies.
