Our recruitment fees ensure we find the highest-quality candidates with the right skills for the job. At a fraction of the cost of external recruitment services, our fees provide unmatched in-house expertise to ensure your next hire will be successful at Stanford.

Regular staff: Full service recruitment fees
Executive search (job grades M-O) $5,500

*Contingent/Temporary Staff Fees

Contingent/temporary staff fees reflect the unique sourcing requirements for limited roles. Sometimes, managers and employees are successful in identifying temporary talent through referrals, and sometimes a temporary candidate is hired into a regular role. Here are the fee implications of both scenarios:

  • If the referred talent is ultimately selected for a temporary position, a reduced fee of $399 will apply. This fee includes posting the role externally, administrative fees for background/reference checks and payroll processing for the temporary hire.
  • If a temporary candidate is hired into a regular position, a conversion fee of 8% of the annual salary applies.
