SWEAT is Stanford Med’s pre-orientation wilderness camping trip. This year's trip took place over 4 days and 3 nights at Lake Alpine, which is located in the central Sierra Nevada Mountains between Lake Tahoe and Yosemite, and boasts breathtaking views of the surrounding Stanislaus National Forest.
