P&TS office hours
- Open 7:30 a.m. - 5 p.m., Monday - Friday.
- Closed on university holidays and one half-day in December (to be announced)
Limited holiday parking permit enforcement
During university holidays, parking permit enforcement is suspended in all "C" parking lots, all visitor/meter spaces, and in most "A" lots, with the exception of parking facilities serving the hospital and School of Medicine. "A" permit parking, visitor/meter spaces, Service/University Vehicle spaces, and timed loading zones/spaces are enforced during the university holidays in these lots (list is subject to change; please check back for updates):
- L-2 (Quarry lot)
- L-3 (Quarry South lot)
- L-9 (Quarry Extension lot)
- L-15 (Beckman/LKSC visitor lot)
- L-16 (MSOB lot)
- L-18 (Stock Farm lot)
- Roth Way Garage (Campus Drive and Roth Way)
- 780/800 Welch Rd. Lot
- Additional areas may be announced closer to the holiday
Parking restrictions in residential lots (except shared lots) and special zones, such as disabled parking, red zones, fire lanes, and "Special Permit" stalls, are enforced 24/7.

Limited holiday Marguerite Shuttle service
During university holidays, Marguerite shuttles are not in service except for these lines:
- Line HD, Medical Center, Medical Center: Holiday, and Line W are in service during all university holidays.
- Line EB is in service during all university holidays except Thanksgiving Day.
- Bohannon, Line R, Research Park, and TECH shuttles are in service on Presidents' Day, on the Friday after Thanksgiving, and weekdays during winter campus closure (excluding Dec. 25 and Jan. 1).
- Line R and Research Park shuttles are in service on Martin Luther King Jr. Day.
- Line N, Line O, and Oak Creek Apartments are in service on Thanksgiving Day and on the Friday after Thanksgiving.
- Shopping Express: Special is in service on Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Presidents’ Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Friday after Thanksgiving, and during winter campus closure (includes weekdays and weekends except Dec. 25 and Jan. 1).
- VA is in service during all university holidays except the Winter Holiday on Dec. 25 and New Year's Day.

Limited holiday service on most Bay Area transit services
Most transit services operate on a Sunday or weekend schedule during holidays. Check the websites of specific Bay Area transit providers for holiday availability:
