The SCID Academic Visitors Program provides opportunities for short and longer term visitors from leading academic and research-oriented organizations who are working on policy-relevant topics. SCID offers academic visitors access to an office in the John A. and Cynthia Fry Gunn building, research resources (such as library access), and opportunities to interact with the collegial, economics research community at SCID and Stanford.
Applications are handled on a case-by-case basis, and many scholars have the opportunity to combine a stay at SCID with a presentation in one of the Stanford economics seminar series on topics related to international economic development.
