Students can participate in individual graduate courses for academic credit or a part-time master’s degree through the Honors Cooperative Program.

Graduate courses for credit

$1,260/quarter unit

Each graduate course is typically 3-5 quarter units - you must enroll for a minimum of 3 units per quarter.

ADDITIONAL FEES

• Transcript/Document Fee: A one-time fee of $125 is assessed the first time you enroll and provides access to your course transcripts for life. 
• Drop and late enrollment fees can be found in Registration Policies.

Master’s Degree Courses

$1,400/quarter unit

Each course is typically 3-5 quarter units. You must enroll for a minimum of 3 units per quarter.

ADDITIONAL FEES

• Associated Students of Stanford University (ASSU) Fee: Each autumn, winter or spring quarter you are enrolled, you will be assessed an ASSU fee. There is no ASSU fee assessed in the summer quarter. More information about the ASSU fee schedule can be found on the Student Financial Services website under “Tuition and Other Fees Schedules”.
• Transcript/Document Fee: A one-time fee of $125 is assessed the first time you enroll and provides access to your course transcripts for life. This fee does not apply if you have previously enrolled in individual graduate courses for academic credit and paid the requisite document fee.

Professional course pricing varies depending on the program that the course is a part of, the length of the course and its delivery method. 

Online Courses

Tuition ranges from $249 - 1,295 per course, depending on the program. 

Tuition includes 60-day access to course content. Courses may be started at any time and are available 24/7.

DISCOUNTS

- Groups of five or more: A 5% tuition discount is available for groups of five or more registering at the same time for the same course using the same delivery method. 

ADDITIONAL FEES

Professional Education Document Fee: A one-time fee of $75 is charged upon enrollment in your first course associated with a professional program. This fee provides access to your records of completion for life.
