TRACE DIE CAST
TRACE DIE CAST
The Guthrie brothers – Kent, Chris and Brett – greeted friends and colleagues as they entered Sonia’s, a family run establishment at the edge of the town square in Bowling Green, KY. Well known in the rolling hills city of 49,000, the Guthries were meeting to discuss current challenges facing Trace Die Cast (TDC), the aluminum die casting company founded by their father, Lowell Guthrie, in 1988. Throughout the past five years, the sons had gained increased responsibility in the organization, ultimately leading to management of daily operations on both the product and service sides of the business.
