AASIB: Become a Lil Sib!

Thursday, September 21, 2017 (All day)
Asian American Activities Center

The Asian American Sib Program (AASIB) aims to help incoming frosh and transfer students transition into the Stanford community by matching new students with upperclassmen, exposing them to various components of the Asian American community on campus.

The AASIB Program is open to all students and matches first-year students with a sib family (more affectionately known as "SibFams").  Each SibFam consists of new students who are called lil' sibs matched with upperclassmen student(s) known as big sib(s).  SibFams are created based on similar academic interests, majors, hobbies, or personal pursuits.

APPLY TO BE A LIL SIB HERE!

Online applications to be a Lil Sib will be available until Thursday, September 21, 2017.  You can still sign up in person at the We are Family event hosted during the Asian American New Student Orientation on Friday, September 22, 2017 at 7 pm in Cubberley Auditorium. Lil Sibs will be matched with their sibfam following the event so we encourage everyone to come out, learn about the community, and meet your SibFam.
