This is a pleasant 20 minute walk.

• Take Santa Teresa Street West
• Turn right onto Governor's Ave
• Turn left on Searsville Road (this is a residential area)
• Cross Campus Drive West
• ESF is at the end of Searsville at the intersection of Oak Rd.

From the Stanford Medical Center

This is a pleasant 20 minute walk

• Take Campus Drive West
• Turn right on Stock Farm Road
• Turn left on Oak Road
• ESF is the second building on the right

Take the Marguerite to ESF

Lines A, B, SLAC Shuttle

Line A

• Runs every 15 minutes from 6:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
• Runs from the California Ave. Station to the University Ave. Station
• You can transfer to the SLAC Shuttle at Hoover Tower and the Gates Center stops.
• The Gates stop is the closest stop to walk to ESF.
• Walk on Campus Drive
• Turn on Searsville Road
• ESF is at the Corner of Searsville and Oak Rd.

Line B

• Runs every 15 minutes from 6:00am to 8:00pm.
• Runs from the University Ave. Station to the front of the Stanford Hospital
• You can transfer to the SLAC Shuttle at Hoover Tower and the Gates Center stops.
• The corner of Campus Drive and Welch Road is the closest stop, to walk to ESF.
• Walk on Campus Drive
• Turn on Searsville Road (through the bullards)
• ESF is at the Corner of Searsville and Oak Rd.

SLAC Shuttle

• Runs every 30 minutes from 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
• Runs from Hoover Tower to SLAC
• Also serves the Gates Center and ESF
• The stop for ESF is at Campus Drive and Searsville Rd. (Please tell the driver you want to get off at Searsville Rd.)
• It is a short 5 minute walk West on Searsville Road to ESF on your Right.
• The SLAC Shuttle will stop if you wait on the other side of Campus Drive at Searsville, when you make the return trip.
• You can transfer to Line A at either the Gates Center or Hoover Tower
• You can transfer to Line B at the Gates Center

Taking CalTrain from San Jose or San Francisco

Driving a car from 280 (North & South)

Take Sand Hill Road exit, east. Turn right onto Stock Farm Road. Right turn onto Oak Road. The Environmental Safety Facility is the second building on the right side of Oak Road.

Driving a car from 101 (North & South)

Take the Embarcadero Road exit, west. Continue on Embarcadero Road to El Camino Real. Proceed onto Stanford Campus on Galvez. Take Galvez to Campus Drive. Turn right onto Campus Drive and follow it (past the Stanford Medical Center) to Stock Farm Road. Turn right on Stock Farm, left on Oak Road. The Environmental Safety Facility is the second building on the right side of Oak Road.
