Want to go to Space? You Build the Future. You claim The Hackaday Prize.

The Hackaday Prize for Hardware Innovation
Devices that inform our daily lives were science fiction in decades past. Barriers that once required giant companies to produce such marvels are starting to crumble. Now, one person with one idea can revolutionize the way we live our lives. Be that person.
One hardware hacker will earn a trip into space on a carrier of their choice, and claim The Hackaday Prize. Four other finalists will earn amazing rewards, and hundreds of other entries will be recognized with prizes as well.
We want to foster the spirit of open design. Along with other criteria, judging preference will be given to those projects which exhibit the ideals of Open Hardware and Open Source Software. We want to see the next evolution of connected hardware happen right now, and we want it to be Open.
