Classroom Technology Training and Support

Our classroom technology training ensures that you feel confident using the equipment found in core facility spaces used for classes and events.

We also offer technical support for urgent issues.

Classroom technology training:
You may request training from Med Scheduler during the room reservation process OR you may submit a ticket and one of our team members will contact you.

Meeting Support

For conference room equipment training and pre-meeting support, please submit a ticket.  A member of the SoM AV team will contact you to discuss your needs.
