In addition, resources to help facilitate discussions at the department or school level about anti-bias skills, tactics and strategies have been developed by a committee of faculty members and administrators representing four schools (Earth, Energy and Environmental Sciences; Education; Engineering; and Humanities & Sciences) in collaboration with the Office of Faculty Development, Diversity and Engagement and the Center for Teaching and Learning. These resources may also be used by individual faculty members for self-study.
