- Spring application to graduate becomes available on Axess. (Please apply to graduate!)
- Please watch for emails from the Stanford Bookstore re: regalia (what and when to order)

| Winter Quarter (or earlier!) |
- Verify progress towards major and minor requirements with our Student Services Officer. Verify progress towards University degree requirements with UAR. Please check for missing grades or incompletes.

| Mid-April |
- Please check your Stanford email for important surveys and messages (from our Student Services Officer) re: graduation and department ceremony (same day as the university ceremony). Responding to the senior survey is mandatory (including blurbs read out loud at the department ceremony.)
- Deadline to file application to graduate for Spring Quarter. Applications received after the deadline are assessed a fee (Please check with the Registrar's office to verify deadline.).

- Degree candidates should resolve current holds and prevent future holds on their accounts (e.g., Student Financial Services, Financial Aid Office, etc.) that may result in holds being placed on their diplomas.
