1994|Case No.OIT5B

By September 1993, Bank of America’s Accounts Payable department had been reorganized
in accordance with the recommendations of the project team led by Marty
Rosenthal, and Mike Jackson had time to recall their meeting of the previous
March. Mr. Rosenthal had discussed the department’s problems and proposed
corrective actions which the B of A commitee had accepted almost unchanged. It
had taken six months to modify the computer system and to refine and implement
the new procedures.
