The Department of Bioengineering offers an interdisciplinary program that resides jointly in the School of Engineering and the School of Medicine. The mission of the undergraduate program is to enable students to combine engineering and the life sciences in ways that advance scientific discovery, healthcare and medicine, manufacturing, environmental quality, culture, education and policy.
