COVID-19 vaccination & surveillance testing policy

All staff, faculty and postdocs, including individuals working remotely in the U.S., are required to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 and upload proof of their vaccination on Health Check by Dec. 8, 2021, unless granted a medical or religious accommodation.
