Stanford education students introduce new inventions to improve learning

At the annual Learning, Design and Technology Expo, students presented prototypes of innovative learning and teaching tools.

Students at Stanford Graduate School of Education showed off their ideas and prototypes for ways to use design and technology to improve learning at the annual Learning, Design and Technology (LDT) Expo on July 26. The event marked the culmination of the yearlong LDT master’s program, which draws students from around the world working in various disciplines. 

This year, the event featured 13 projects offering novel approaches to an array of teaching and learning challenges. We spoke with some of the students about the inspiration behind their projects. You can find their stories below.
