Billing & Rates
Graduate housing charges usually fall below local area rents and include furnishings, basic utilities — water, heat, electricity, garbage, and sewer and coinless/cardless laundry — in the housing rate.
Sustainable Living
In support of the university’s zero waste goals, all these residences are equipped with a five-stream waste collection system: organics, paper recycling; cardboard recycling; plastics, metals and glass recycling; and landfill. Sorting waste into five streams increases its reuse value.
