Content Reuse in Panopto

If you plan to record your content in the Canvas Zoom tool and want to use this content over multiple terms, please minimize personally identifiable information showing up on screen. In general before you can copy over your content from one term to another please make sure your videos follow the below:

1. Content must be free from all student PII. This includes student and TA faces, emails and names.  
2. Guest speakers must have signed an Online Speaker Release form in order for you to reuse any of these lectures.
