Advising Program Administrator
Courtney L'Esperance joined Academic Advising in April 2016. In her role as Advising Program Administrator, Courtney serves as the System Administrator for department-wide technology tools and platforms, manages special projects and large-scale events, provides diverse support for advising teams and programs and serves as a resource for university and departmental policies, best practices, and process optimizations. In 2017, Courtney was the recipient of the inaugural "Spirit of UAR" award, where she was recognized for inspiring others through her collaborative work, respectful relationships, and joyful spirit.
Courtney received her Master of Business Administration degree from Santa Clara University's Leavey School of Business in July 2019.
