Welcome to Stanford!
We have been eagerly awaiting you and are delighted that you have chosen to spend the next few years here with us on the Farm.
To get started, please set up your Stanford University Network Identifier (SUNet ID) and Stanford email by May 1. We will begin the Approaching Stanford process for the Class of 2025 on May 10, and for new Transfers on June 7. You will need to begin using your SUNet ID to check your Stanford email account and to complete your required Approaching Stanford Forms at that time. All Approaching Stanford and official university communications will be sent to your Stanford email account and it will be your responsibility to check your email regularly once Approaching Stanford begins.
This website will be updated for Approaching Stanford 2021 in the spring. Please return in May 2021 to review important information for the Class of 2025 and Transfers. Approaching Stanford 2020 information for the Class of 2024 and Transfers is currently on this website.
Move-In and New Student Orientation 2021: September 14-19, 2021 (tentative). New Student Orientation (NSO) is required and all new students must participate in the full duration of NSO. The 2021 dates are tentative - please do not book travel until the university has confirmed the dates for NSO.
