The Stanford Student Dependent Health Insurance Plan is a PPO plan administered by Health Net of California. The policy covers pre-existing conditions. The policy year is September 1 through August 31.
Cost
Premiums for the Stanford Student Dependent Health Insurance Plan are paid directly to Health Net of California by the subscriber/enrollee on a monthly basis.
