MALAKAL (04 Mar 2010) – At the launch of the SPLM elections campaign in Malakal Thursday, SPLM Secretary General (SG) comrade Pa’gan Amum affirmed to thousands of supporters that SPLM expects to achieve total victory in Upper Nile State in the upcoming elections.
