JUBA (24 February 2010) – The Deputy Secretary General of the SPLM Southern Sector cde Anne Itto Tuesday directed all levels of the SPLM in a memo addressed to SPLM State Secretaries to abide by the Political Bureau (PB) resolution on independent candidates.
JUBA (Feb 21, 2010) – Elizabeth Acuei Yol Kuol, a senior figure in Dr. Lam Akol’s organization announced Saturday she had broken ranks with Dr. Akol and rejoined the SPLM under the leadership of Comrade Salva Kiir Mayardit.
