Would it be crazy to suggest that Iran intends to invade Iraq? Could they believe that an Iranian invasion would cause the Americans to withdraw?

They're definitely ramping up the rhetoric, but where it will lead is anybody's guess. I think they are begging for either Israel or the U.S. to attack them so the final conflict will ensue. These maniacs are delusional, insane, or both.

Notice AJ did not say, the Iranian people, “will soon posses, in the near future will be the owner of, is on the brink of owning”, nor “tomorrow will be the owner” of nuclear technology. He said “Today”.

Either AJ is stroking his scimitar again or Iran has already produced their first bomb. (and he is threatening to use it)

It would be crazy and unnecessary.” If Iran were to invade militarily, it would be an obvious act of war and the US would be justified, upon the world stage, in an all out retaliation against Iran. An exchange that Iran knows it would not survive.

The Shiite militias of Muqtada Al Sadr, the Badr gang, and the other 6, or 20, or dozens, of smaller groups, number somewhere between 200,000 and 2.5 million. (who really knows). Iran need only make sure those militias are well armed and give the order.

We’ve got what? 135 – 150,000 troops in theater? It would be a bloody massacre and Iran can claim innocence! Making US the bad guys if we retaliate. Hizb’Allah can rain Zelzals on Tel Aviv while Hamas delivers a nuke over the border by truck. Syria’s newly formed Hizb’Allah Lite, armed by Iran, advances toward Baghdad, or Haifa, or Tel Aviv, or Beirut. We perform a miracle airlift of tons of material and thousands of personnel into Iraq, and Iran nukes the green zone. Etc, Etc., unto chaos.....

American my friend I fully agree with you as I am British, in the next ten years I too will be surrounded by them, but what do we do when we live in such a pc liberal society that cows down to any other people/ideology other than it's own indigenous folks. Yes, Israelis do fear the missiles, but they are actually better able to destroy the longer-range missiles than the shorter-range ones, which is why Hizballah did not make much use of its longer-range missiles.

Muslims have been using fear for the past 1400 years. The only significant change is that we now have a large population of non-Muslims who cry "Islamophobia" every time we try to respond rationally and decisively to defeat the source of that fear.

I ain't not no physicist nor nuffink, but I think your basic nuke is just a minimum 2kg or so of fissile material, shaped into two hemispheres and slammed together with high explosive. It can't be much more complex than that anyway. I'm not sure a test is necessary - it would only be worthwhile if they were going for something trickier than the basic kit, or if they wanted to make a statement. It seems unlikely they'd be able to attempt say, a neutron bomb, and equally unlikely they'd want to test whatever they've got, in case in attracted an immediate pre-emptive strike. There seems little reason to suppose their 'test' wouldn't be an actual first strike.

If that's what's coming, I'm more concerned about the Commies siezing the opportunity... If East and West are supposed to be decommisioning at the same rate, maintaining an evenly matched stockpile, then any imbalance caused by deploying Western weapons against Islam will instantly give the Reds an advantage. If anyone had a neighbor who kept threatening to kill one's family, had a "neighbor" who already attempted to harm one's family, and the police (the United Nothings, e.g.) proved powerless to stop it, then the man of the house has to terminate the threat to his family. It's that simple.

I still don't know why the Pentagon hasn't as yet detonated an EMP weapon over Iranian and other threatening Islamic nations' air space. To my knowledge that would be the only thing that can stop them from continuing their plot to deploy weapons of mass destruction to slaughter non-Muslims around the world--especially missiles which would likely depend on electronic infrastructure to use.

This administration, like all other US adminstrations before it, just waited too bloody long to do anything about Islam's military build-up--especially with Iran which grows more menacing by the day. Worse, they probably KNOW they are failing America and freedom while they dither and diddle and continue to sit on their behinds collecting paychecks they like as not don't deserve.

Dialogue with Iran? That would be like dialogue with Hitler. Forget it. Iran has lied to us before the dialogue even started. What a stupid, useless idea(learned from the Neville Chamberlain School of Foreign Policy perhaps???)!!!!!!
