Hotels
Hotels have set aside rooms for Reunion Homecoming participants. Remember, hotel room blocks have historically sold out by August 30th so call today to make your reservation.

We're happy to take your registration for Reunion Homecoming 2015 and we look forward to welcoming you back to the Farm!

You can sign up in advance by October 8 in one of three ways:

• Online — Registration is now open! (login required)
• By Mail — Complete your registration form and send by mail or fax: (650) 724-1552 (must be postmarked by Oct. 8). Download forms from the Registration Information page
• By Phone — all (877) 517-1685 (toll-free) or (650) 723-1333 to speak to a friendly registration assistant (M-F, 8am-5pm)

Below are other important dates:

October 8 — Postmark Deadline
Online registration will close on October 8. Additionally, all registration forms and requests for scholarships must be faxed or mailed by this date. If you miss this deadline, please register on-site at Ford Center when you arrive on campus.

** Please note DINNER ON THE QUAD tickets and the BUY IT ALL PASSES are SOLD OUT. Daily passes and other a la carte options are still available for purchase.

Cancellation Policy and Refunds
All refund requests must be made in writing by email, fax or regular mail. Requests submitted on or before October 8, 2015 will be refunded in full. Requests after that date will be awarded according to the following schedule:

October 9—15: 75% refund
October 16—21: 50% refund
October 22 and after: No refunds

Athletic Facilities
Many campus athletic facilities are available for alums to use during Reunion Homecoming, including the golf driving range, pools, and athletic centers. Visit the PE and Recreation website for more information on facility hours and day-use passes.
