Educated Choices

menu-menu-benefits-introduction

We all make decisions every day. Some are small and made very quickly, such as what color socks to wear or what to each for lunch. Other decisions may require more thought and analysis, such as where to live or where to send your child to school.

When it comes to making decisions about your health and wellbeing, Stanford wants to help you make “educated choices.”

Educated Choices is a quarterly publication for employees, with timely information on topics related to Stanford’s health and retirement plans and other benefits. The publication is available electronically via pdf or flipbook formats in support of a sustainable Stanford.

In addition to the digital publication, a Making Educated Choices video was developed to help employees understand the breadth of benefits available at Stanford — from health coverage and wellness programs to financial security workshops and tools to manage your personal life.

Making educated choices means having key information available before you make those decisions, and we hope these tools will help.
