Cabinet/Board of Trustees (BoT) Approval Process

F&A is responsible for coordinating the agenda, project write-ups, presentations and minutes, for the Committee on Land and Buildings, with the Office of the Secretary to the Board of Trustees.  F&A also coordinates with other BoT standing committees as required.

Cabinet and Board level projects are those that meet the following criteria:

  • Renovations $10,000,000 or greater
  • Projects that utilize 5,000 gross square feet of GUP
  • Significant exterior design changes
  • Land use changes
