Work, Life and Wellness: Managing Your Energy for Success
Date(s):
Wednesday, July 16, 2014 - 11:00am - 12:00pm
Join us for an exciting keynote presentation by Dr. Jack Groppel of the Human Performance Institute, who pioneered a science-based energy management training solution through working with elite performers including Olympic gold medalists, military Special Forces, Hostage Rescue teams, surgeons, and Fortune 500 CEOs.
The Human Performance Institute’s energy management training helps empower individuals to manage and expand their most critical resource for high performance—their energy capacity—to meet ever-increasing demands and become more productive and effective under pressure, without sacrificing their health and happiness. This keynote presentation is based on the sciences of performance psychology, exercise physiology and nutrition.
All attendees will also receive resistance bands and a booklet with exercises.
