Review and Manage Voicemail Messages

Keys are context-specific. For example, in Message Playback mode, 4 is used for Volume Down. After message playback, 4 is used for Reply.

Review your messages

1. Connect to your mailbox. (Remind me how)
   The system responds with the status of any messages in the mailbox and prompts you with the "Main Menu" selections.
2. Press:
   • 1 to review new messages
     Your messages are played in the following order:
     1. New urgent voicemail messages
     2. All other new voicemail messages
3. 3 to review other messages (old, deleted, or "future" messages)

Options during review

During review of messages, your options are:

• 1 skip back
• 3 skip forward
• 4 volume down
• 6 volume up
• 7 delete
• 8 envelope information
• 9 save
• 1 1 replay
• 3 3 end of message
• # skip message
• * pause
• * 3 speed up
• * 1 slow down

Options after review

At the end of each message, the system prompts you to:

• 9 save
• 7 delete
• # skip
• 6 forward
• 4 reply to sender 
• 8 envelope information
• 1 1 replay

When you are finished listening to messages, press * * to disconnect, or hang up.
