Bio I am a hybrid computer scientist, statistician and bioinformatitian generally interested in genome sciences and medicine. I have extensively worked on metagenomics, cancer genomics and structural variants. My goal is to push forward the field of genomic sciences, in particular personalized genomics and medicine, by integrating data, technology, computation and statistical modeling. My publications have addressed methodology developments in microbial community analysis and recently in structural variant and cancer genome analysis.
