Stanford Hospital and Clinics has HIPAA privacy and security policies posted to an intranet site. This site is only accessible to computers on the Stanford University Medical Center Network. The privacy policies are part of the Compliance Policy Manual and HIPAA forms can also be found on the web site. The security policies are part of the Information Technology Policy Manual.
