Business Systems and Processes

What we do

The Business Systems and Processes team owns and provides vision for IT Services' key internal business systems and coordinates the re-engineering of IT Services' business processes. The team leads Atlas Operations, including the processing and system flow of ordering, provisioning in enterprise asset management (eAM), billing, and integration between systems. The team's specific activities over time include:

  • specifying system requirements, selecting system vendors, and mapping business process workflow; and
  • collaborating across IT Services for continuous improvement, accountability, and ongoing governance.

The Order Management team manages the receipt, entry, and scheduling of client orders for IT Services. The team facilitates the delivery of services on a client-driven schedule with a focus on providing the best solution for each client. The goal is to offer innovative answers to everyday requests.
