CrashPlan PROe Support

Self-service

CrashPlan PROe is designed to be self-service. You can manage your backups, restore files, and adjust settings by visiting the web interface or by launching the client on your computer.

End-user support for CrashPlan PROe is provided by individual department IT support staff.

HelpSU

If you have Protected Health Information (PHI), submit a HelpSU request to let administrators know which computer needs special handling. Also use HelpSU to deactivate and expunge backups.
