2014 Year in Review: Stanford Graduate School of Business
2014 Year in Review
Dean Garth Saloner provides an overview of Stanford GSB’s achievements, and opportunities for advancing the school’s core mission.

Dear Friends,

Thank you for taking the time to visit our website. The Year in Review letter is an annual opportunity for me to summarize the work we are doing at Stanford Graduate School of Business to strengthen our core programs, bring our community together, and extend our global reach. We realize that companies, organizations, and academic institutions must continuously innovate if they are to remain relevant in a dynamic world. As such, we are buoyed by the GSB community – our alumni, faculty, students, staff, and friends – that comes together each day to share ideas about how we can improve the programs we deliver to the next generation of business leaders.

There has never been a greater need for people who have the skills and willingness to tackle the world’s most pressing business, leadership, and management challenges. We therefore remain focused on attracting and educating high-potential individuals to Stanford Graduate School of Business with the goal of transforming them into change agents who can change the world. It has been an amazing year of progress and impact. I hope you will enjoy reading about a few of the activities we’ve been working on.

Thank you for your interest in Stanford Graduate School of Business.

Best regards,
Garth Saloner
