Stanford is under construction:
Plan to arrive on campus early to avoid delays caused by these construction zones:
- Santa Teresa Street from Campus Drive to Lomita Drive
- GSB Highland Hall on Serra Street between Galvez Street and Campus Drive
- Panama Street from Campus Drive to Santa Teresa Street
- Cogen Facility Demo on Campus Drive between Panama Street and Via Ortega.
Check-in and on-site registration will take place at the Registration Headquarters located at the Ford Center, 365 Galvez St., Stanford, CA 94305. You will also be able to make changes to your registration when you arrive.

Also, if you don?t have time to check-in at Ford Center before Dinner on the Quad** or your Class Party, you can go directly to the event and check-in on-site.
**Please note Dinner on the Quad and the Buy it all Passes are sold out. Daily passes and other a la carte options are still available for purchase.
Cancellation Policy and RefundsAll refund requests must be made in writing by email, fax or regular mail. Requests submitted on or before October 8, 2015 will be refunded in full. Requests after that date will be awarded according to the following schedule:
October 9—15: 75% refund
October 16—21: 50% refund
October 22 and after: No refunds

Parking
General
All Reunion Homecoming attendees may park in the following lots:
- October 22, 23 - Free parking located Eucalyptus Grove (Lot 10) and Lasuen Grove (Lot 9).
- October 24 - Free parking located in Lasuen Grove (Lot 9) and Arboretum Groves (Lots 7 and 8). You must display your Saturday Football Parking Pass to avoid the $20 Athletics parking fee, even if you are not attending the football game. The Saturday Parking Pass is included in your registration packet. Anticipate heavy traffic on Saturday due to the football game, so plan extra time to arrive. Lots open at 7:00 AM.
- October 25 - Open parking available all through campus
Recent Grad attendees
Parking near Erickson Gym at the Arrillaga Center for Sports and Recreation (ACSR) for the Friday Night Recent Grad Party will be crowded and Galvez Street between Campus Drive and Memorial Way will be closed to traffic. If you take Lyft, Uber, or a taxi to the party, please have your driver drop you off across the street from ACSR at the Visitor Center, 295 Galvez Street, Stanford, CA. On-campus parking options include the general Reunion Homecoming parking lots, Lasuen Grove (Lot 9) and Eucalyptus Grove (Lot 10), or the Track House Lot. Anticipate heavy traffic on Saturday morning due to the football game, so plan extra time to arrive. Reunion attendees can park for free in Lasuen Grove (Lot 9) and Arboretum Groves (Lots 7 and 8) beginning at 7:00 AM. You must display your Saturday Parking Pass to avoid a $20 Athletics parking fee (even if you are not attending the football game).
50th+ Reunion attendees
Special parking is reserved for guests in the Class of 1965 or prior. You must display your 50th Reunion Parking Permit for entry to the following lots:
- October 22, 23- Parking will be located in Galvez Lot located at Campus Drive and Galvez Street.
- October 24 - Parking will be located on Museum Way between Palm Drive and Lasuen Street.
- October 25 - Open parking available throughout campus. The Galvez Lot is the closest parking lot to the Alumni Center.
Disability Assistance
If you have a state issued (any state) disability parking placard or plate, you may park in the following parking spaces on campus:
October 22 - Disability parking is available on Memorial Way, directly across from Ford Center.
October 23 - Disability parking is available on Memorial Way, directly across from Ford Center.
October 24 - Disability parking is available in Varsity Lot off of Nelson Way. You must display your ADA placard and complimentary RH Saturday Parking Pass or pay $20 to park in Varsity Lot (even if you are not attending the game).
October 25 - Disability parking is available on Memorial Way, directly across from Ford Center and includes:
- Designated blue disability parking spaces
- Service vehicle spaces (posted time limit may apply)
- Commuter ("A" or "C") and residential permit spaces
Transportation
Shuttles
Complimentary shuttles are available to take you directly from the bus loading zone on Lasuen Street in between Lasuen Grove and Eucalyptus Grove to Registration Headquarters at Ford Center. View the Parking and Shuttle Map for shuttle lines and locations. Shuttle operation hours are as follows:
October 22 - 9:30am - 5:30pm
October 23 - 7:00am - 7:30pm
October 24 - 7:00am - 4:00pm
Disability Assistance
For alumni with mobility and access challenges, door-to-door golf cart service is available to each event. Please call (650) 735-2506 during Reunion Homecoming and a golf cart will be dispatched to your location. Golf Cart Hours of Operation are:
October 22: 9:00am - 10:00pm
October 23: 7:30am - 11:30pm
October 24: 7:30am - 11:00pm
October 25: 8:00am - 2:30pm
Bicycles
The Alumni Center has a limited number of bicycles available for alumni and their qualifying guests (16 years and older) to borrow on a first-come, first-serve basis. Inquire at the front desk. Bikes must be returned each day at least 30 minutes before closing time. Helmets are available.

Don't forget to buy your football tickets from Stanford Athletics using the promotional code "SAA" followed by your class year (e.g. SAA90 for the Class of 1990).

Athletic Facilities
Many campus athletic facilities are available for alums to use during Reunion Homecoming, including the golf driving range, pools, and athletic centers. Visit the PE and Recreation website for more information on facility hours and day-use passes.
