| Title | The T1D Exchange Type 1 Diabetes Network |
| Description | This research study involves the collection of information from you and also from your diabetes medical record. Centers throughout the United States are taking part in the study. The purpose of this network is to improve outcomes for adults and children with Type 1 diabetes by providing a launching point for new clinical research and improving clinical management of the disease. |
