Registrar

The Registrar’s Office is responsible for maintaining the academic records of all current and former medical students. The office also coordinates the Visiting Student program for outside medical students looking to participate in a clinical elective at Stanford.

Services provided include:

• Notify students of important dates and deadlines
• Assist students with course enrollment issues
• Maintain the weekly clerkship draw program; help students enroll in clerkships
• Process USMLE applications
• Provide letters of good standing
• Track the academic progress of each student
• Guide senior students in the Residency Match process
• Licensing and degree verification services
• Troubleshoot the various challenges that students may encounter in the course of their medical school career.
