Clinical Trial contracts that must be completed before December 31, 2015:

   1. The contract must be fully executed by all parties Tuesday, December 1 in order to    allow sufficient time to issue an Award Acceptance Notification (AAN) and establish the    PTA and 98-accounts. OSR has said that to issue an NOA by Dec 18 they must have    all necessary information” for PTA set-up from the department by December 7, 2015 @    5 PM.

   2. If you are not already working with a CT RPM or CCTO Financial Analyst on a final    budget for your industry-funded study, it will be extremely unlikely that we will be able to    complete the study budget and contract before the December 8 deadline.

   3. Contact your CT RPM or CCTO Financial Analyst if you have questions about    processing of clinical trials.
